The purpose of the Altar Guild is to aid in the preparing and administering of Holy Communion alongside the Pastor and to maintain the sanctity of all communion services. The Altar Guild also acts as an intercessory prayer body on behalf of the church. The members of the Altar Guild are appointed.
The Appreciation Committee orchestrates the individual and collective support of the pastor & his family both spiritually & financially, fostering a spirit of generosity and giving within the Free Gospel body. The Nurses Board is focused on caring for the needs of all especially the spiritual leaders. The Board is composed of women with a heart to minister to the spiritual and material needs of those working in the ministry and to comfort and aid those who are sick.
The purpose of the Publications department is to manage the production of written materials for the church. Programs produced by Publications are done with care and professional quality. We strive to represent our church and our pastor in a manner that will make them proud while giving God the glory.
Sunday School is the educational platform of the ministry. It serves as a tool for the congregation to enhance its knowledge of biblical topics in a group setting. It allows prospective ministers to endeavor in teaching in an organized setting. Sunday School promotes the ministry of soul-winning through the teaching of the Word and the enlistment of those willing to engage in winning the lost.

The usher is the second person a visitor or member meets upon entering the edifice. Aside from greeting and seating visitors and assisting with infants, the deeper aspects of this ministry include maintenance of a spiritual church environment. Therefore, ushers intercede prior to and during service for an attitude of prayer and worship among the congregation. The Usher Board strives through fellowship to maintain a unity of service; that service being the welcoming of our guests into the church.
This auxiliary calls for all of the women of the ministry to be united as one. It promotes sisterhood through special activities & seminars. Also, it serves as a vehicle for counseling, visiting the sick and shut-in, caring for new mothers and providing flowers and comfort for those in bereavement.
The Youth Ministry involves interested adults, parents, and children. It is headed by an organized body of adults whose purpose is to provide spiritual guidance while fostering a proper admonition for the Lord in youth and young adults' lives.
