The Bible/ Holy Scriptures (II Timothy 3:16)
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and contains the revealed Word of God, from God to all people.
God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
We believe that the Eternal God is the creator of all. Further, we believe that God is sovereign and more, that God loves and provides all the needs of humanity, and that God is the sustainer of all things.
We believe in the Trinity. The Trinity is composed of three united Persons without separate existence – so completely united to form one God. The divine nature subsists in three distinctions – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that God, through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, redeemed mankind and reconciled humanity to God. This was done through Christ’s suffering on the cross, the shedding of His blood, His death, burial, and resurrection. Christ’s death resulted in forgiveness for sinners.
We believe in the gift of the Holy Spirit, who was sent to be our comforter and the revealer of all truth. We believe that the Holy Spirit testifies, guides, convicts, regenerates, intercedes, and commands.
The Great Commandment
We believe that as saints, we are to love the Lord with all our hearts, souls, and minds and that we are to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Our service unto God includes the engagement of constant prayer, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, we desire to work to forsake the path of sin, to walk in the ways of holiness all the days of our lives, to walk circumspectly in the world, to be just in our dealings, to be faithful in our engagements, and to be exemplary in our manner.
We believe that it is our Christian duty and obligation to contribute to the support of the fministry, including rendering aid to the poor and disenfranchised, the prisoner, and the vulnerable, and spreading the gospel throughout all nations.
The Great Commission
We believe that it is the duty of all believers to fulfill the great commission of Christ by sharing the Gospel with the lost.
Although our creed is an individual declaration that can become corporate, the commitment to this proclamation begins with the individual. It is based on I Corinthians 15:31, Galatians 2:20, Philippians 1:21, and many other scriptures.
I need Spirituality, which is the Essence of Death.
I need to Die, which is the Essence of Yielding.
I need to Yield, which is the Essence of Obedience.
I need to Obey, which s the Essence of Order.
I need Order, which is the Essence of Prosperity.
I need Prosperity, which is the Essence of Life.
It is our common goal to fulfill Christ’s commission for a continual, worldwide sharing of the Gospel, the integration of new converts into a body of believers (the church), and the teaching and discipling of those individuals. Additionally we seek opportunity to care for the sick, needy, and helpless. Lastly, it is our goal to respond to the Scripture as it calls us to worship God both individually and in a corporate community of believers.
